Turn the Nationalised Banks into a Citizens Bank and make every citizen an equal shareholder.

Additional Information

We wish for the government to turn the currently nationalised banks into a single Citizens bank. All citizens would, as a birthright, have an equal share in the bank and would receive a dividend of its profits.
