Ensure John Bercow House Speaker does not receive a peerage for transgression
John Bercow previously insisted that the use of archaic parliamentary rulings should not be used in the Brexit saga, then preceded to use a 1604 ruling. This act is neither gentlemanly, nor in keeping with a democracy but that of a dictator.
