Make misrepresenting the voting preferences of constituents an offence
When there is a known majority for a particular position to be adopted (ie, after a national referendum), an MP must vote with their constituents choice and not their own agenda or conscience

How an MP votes would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
