Lower tax rate on overtime

Petition Details

REWARD THE HARD WORKING MEN AND WOMEN . Overtime rates should be lower taxed or not taxable after 37.5hrs worked in a week .we work extra to gain more for ourselves, not to pay more tax

Additional Information

If i earn £32000 a year standard wage and then do £15000 in overtime why should i pay 40percent tax .Also i work extra to benefit me and my family ive paid my tax on my standard wage why should i pay more when its me doing the extra hours ,if i didnt do the extra hours the money was never there to be taxed .
