Leave EU with negotiated no-deal & Govt put £39B from Divorce Bill to no-deal
Government to commit to negotiating a no-deal and request the deadline of 22nd May is kept to for final preparations.
Currently in Withdrawal Agreement done by PM, Divorce Bill commits the UK to paying £39 billion to EU. If we leave with a negotiated no deal, the UK is not bound by law to pay this.
If the Government commits these funds to our economy to help the short term effect, I believe the House of Commons & public will get behind this strategy.
Negotiated no-deal is now looking even more like a reasonable option as it has been said that there will be no harder border on the island of Ireland in the event of no deal.
