Make the leap year additional day (29th of February) a bank holiday.
This day is crucial for our calendar to sync with the astronomical year. Religions have holidays - Science needs Day Of The Universe. Most people are payed monthly and in effect work this additional day for free. Lets reclaim this day as a bank holiday to celebrate the wonders of our universe.
