stray dogs in Ukraine and romania
This petition is to ask our government to ask the Romanian and Ukrainian Governments to stop slaughtering the stray dogs in their respective countries
as I think they are abusing the basic rights of an animal and in Ukraine they are doing this simply to make the streets clean for Euro 2012.
