Push the EU to grant EU passports for all citizens who want to remain European.
The idea is for the UK government to request on behalf of everyone who wishes it, to ask the EU if they would sell EU membership directly and permanently to UK citizens.
For example have a EU passport that is not specific to a county but to the EU itself even if it required each citizen to pay an amount directly to the EU for the privilege.
