Petition Action

Give us a referendum on how exactly we will enact Brexit, if at all

Petition Details

After an unclear, undemocratic and non-binding poll for Brexit which offered no choice of deal, three years have passed and Parliament have failed to represent the people. The indicative votes for Brexit have failed to show a preference for any deal — so let the people vote.

Additional Information

We do not want a “second referendum”, or to “damage democracy” by making the previous vote null; we want more options.

We want to decide how our country will run, given that Parliament has not.

Extend Article 50’s deadline, and let we the people vote on how we want a relationship with the EU – by May’s deal, by Norway model, by no deal, or, if the people will it, by no Brexit.

Let only a clear supermajority (10% more than the second choice) win, repeating until a decision is found.
