Petition Action

Removal of benefit for those on genuine disability

Additional Information

Many genuine claimants get disabilities benefit.
The removal of this benefit by the government also means withdrawal of other benefits such as paying for prescriptions.
The European court of human rights says on the first qualification, "the right to life".
The UK government must change its actions or many are going to die because they cannot afford to pay for medicines. This is against their human rights with the UK government just to standby and say get a job even though you are unemployable.
