Due to Parliament undermining a clean Brexit, and the scheming to revoke Article 50, a pragmatic choice may be to accept the Government’s appalling deal on the proviso that the billions “owed” to the EU are only payable when a satisfactory future relationship is in place.

Additional Information

Withholding payment of the estimated £39 billion may encourage the EU to negotiate 'in good faith' and allow an acceptable future relationship.
