Ban the use of single-use plastic carrier bags form all retailers
There is a problem with plastic wast and its affect on the environment, by increasing the charge from 5p to 10p it might decrease the use of single-use carrier bags from retailers but it will not stop it.
Where as a ban on them, will stop it.
