Additional Information

Pay freeze for all those on or over £250,000 plus.

Tax each enterprise 100% on remuneration where the remuneration exceeds 4 times that of the lowest paid.

Enterprises which make a loss/deficit to have a maximum pay of £50K per person.

Enterprises where earnings ratio from bottom to top is 1:4 or less exempt from this tax
