Allow the use of pepper spray for use in self defence.
Due to such an increase in attacks and attempted robberies, often with weapons that either kill or seriously injure, would it not be a good idea to permit the use of pepper spray which is non lethal to subdue an attacker without injury and decreasing the chances of injuries
