A second referendum must have an option to leave the EU without a deal.
It is now looking very likely that we may finish up with another referendum with only a binary choice. TERESA MAY'S deal or REMAIN IN THE EU. If we are forced into another referendum by our REMAINER parliament we should have a third choice on the ballot paper "LEAVE WITHOUT A DEAL"
