Outlaw the use of non-biodegradable dog waste bags.
Single use plastic dog waste bag all end up in landfill or are left discarded. They can end up in rivers and contribute to the pollution in our oceans. They are an unnecessary pollutant when alternative bio-degradable bags are available, after all the dog waste itself is degradable.
