£15ph minimum for all security jobs that require a SIA door supervisor badge
Working on nightclub doors or even at festivals is becoming even more dangerous on a daily basis for us workers in security, and for 50p more than minimum wage, a dangerous job deserves the correct money. We keep the public safe and are usually the first to be attacked when drugs take over
Its becoming even more regular that door supervisors are involved in drunken attacks, door staff have the fear of leaving the house for work not knowing if they will return in the modern day of gang gun and knife culture
