Throw the illegal immigrants and criminals out
The country is full of illegal immigrants - many of which have committed crimes. Let's reduce overpopulation and unemployment by repatriating all illegal immigrants and all immigrants that have committed a crime. Rather than jailing illegals for crimes (at our expense) throw them straight back where they came from.
