UK Wide Animal Abuse Register
In 2015 as a puppy, Chunky was beaten and left for dead. Chunky survived, the attackers got a five-year ban. We would like the UK government to ensure that anyone who buys an animal is checked for previous animal abuse history through an Animal Cruelty Register.
We are moving this to a UK Gov petition site to force a debate, please help us:

You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
