Hold a referendum on whether to hold a second referendum on leaving the EU
The government say that a second referendum on leaving the EU is undemocratic. I believe we should hold a referendum on whether to hold a second referendum on whether to leave the EU or not. This way a second vote would only happen by the will of the people and would be completely democratic.
