Introduce a new tax on online sales
In reality, shopping online is more convenient to the seller than to the general public.
New Zealand are due to implement an ‘online shopping tax’ in October 2019 and I think this could possibly benefit the UK;
- there could be a reduction in traffic congestion,
- less pollution
- a return to people shopping on the high street
- and more money be spent in the local area.
- more jobs being created in local areas
