Justify the delay in Brexit and why the people's vote for 'Out' is unacceptable.
The Brexit Referendum was a clear choice for the people to choose between 'In' or 'Out' of the EU.
It did not include an option of 'Leave only with a deal acceptable to MPs'.
By barring the 'no-deal Brexit' option Parliament is effectively overturning the people's referendum result.
