Basically shorter working weeks, making Fridays officially part of the weekend!
It will cut down on stress, expenses for travelling to work and childcare etc... and it will also make getting a Doctors or Dentist app easier because all the Saturday surgeries are closing due to lack of funds.
This should not affect salary, life is expensive enough as it is.
