Change the law and make it illegal to Hit and Run over a Cat
Recently my 4 year old kitten was run over on purpose on my quiet road in a hot and run. The man sped up to kill him nd drove off and I think it should be illegal as yes they’re everywhere but they’re still loved Pets.
