MPs sit in a closed 'conclave' until they agree a means of leaving the EU.
Parliament has been unable to agree how to leave the EU. Like a Papal conclave, MPs should be required to seal themselves off unless and until they have agreed a means of leaving the EU. This should expedite a decision. No smoke signals will be required.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do to agree a means of leaving the EU.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, for example the process by which the House of Commons should agree how to leave the EU.
