Ban the use of people walking along the road texting/watching a video/movie.
The number of people who have a smartphone has risen to approx 65% in 2017. The increasing number of people who use their phone when walking is increasing. It is not acceptable to be looking down at your phone when walking, nor texting/watching a programme.
Smartphone phone zombies is a recognised name now due to the millions of people who take no responsibility for their social environment and other people. We now live in a very sad society where everyone is walking around so engaged with their phone, they have no spacial awareness for other people. It is rude, selfish and so insular to behave in this manner, in a public space.
