Declare results of 2016 referendum void due to electoral offences by Vote Leave.
The Electoral Commission found Vote Leave broke the electoral rules set out by parliament to ensure fairness, confidence and legitimacy of the referendum. They exceeded legal spending limits by donating hundreds of thousands of pounds to another leave campaign.
The result must be declared void.
