Hold a "cumulative" second Brexit referendum; votes added to the first result
The main objection to holding a second referendum on Brexit is that it would not respect the result of the first referendum. There is an easy solution to this. Hold a cumulative second referendum, whereby the result and number of votes would be simply added to the result of the first
People who argue that a second referendum would be against democratic principles ought to be comfortable with this idea, as the "pro-Brexit" campaign would effectively start with an advantage; and the "anti-Brexit" campaign would effectively start behind the start line. This is the most equitable approach to solving the current views against holding a second referendum.
