Bringing Back the Death Penalty IF and only IF it can be proved 100% that the said person IS RESPONSIBLE
The Government to reinstate the Death Penalty if and ONLY IF it is 100% able to prove that the accused was responsible for the act as charged.
The prisons of this country are overcrowded to say the least!
People who commit murder or commit other equally horrific crimes should be punished accordingly.
Causing death by dangerous driving, or whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, attempted murder, murder itself
If it can be proven which now, with advances in DNA and forensics, a lot of the time it can be, why should we put these people in prison only to have to pay for their care and upkeep?
