Additional Information

With rising unemployment among 16 to 21 year olds, an increase in young adult crime and anti-social behaviour and an increase in the lack of respect for parents/teachers/police officers/medical staff/seniors/etc, it's time that the government reintroduced a system for ALL eligible young men and women which will put pride and respect back into the future generations of this great country.
This should not mimic summer holiday camp, for those who like nothing more than to play the British Justice System by constantly re-offending at the expense of tax payers, perhaps a tour to troubled war torn Afghanistan would be a more appropriate outcome. To leave as a lawbreaker and to return as hero is by far the best solution.
