David Cameron called an 'In' 'Out' Referendum and then resigned when the result did not go his way.

Additional Information

He has not been confronted about his decision which caused one of the most damaging divisive democratic issues in British history. We need an inquiry into the decision to hold a referendum and his subsequent resignation, so he can be made to answer questions on his decisions publicly.
