Replace discredited Care Quality Commission

Additional Information

The Government should abolish the Care Quality Commission quango as it has failed to protect the most vulnerable members of society. The Commission should be replaced by a new national inspectorate involving ordinary members of the public, rather than being staffed by academics only.
