Ban all current members of parliament from ever standing for any elected office.
The Brexit process has been badly mismanaged. When it finally concludes, the country will need to move on. That will require both better leadership and reconciliation. Clearing out the current generation of politicians will both speed the necessary changes and focus the minds of their successors.
