Adopt Government deal with referendum within two years with Remain as an option
The proposed Government deal (Theresa May's deal) to leave EU is transitional for two years and not getting support. Millions of people and hundreds of MPs want another referendum. The two should be combined. Parliament should support deal with a referendum within two years with Remain as an option.
