Replace the first past the post system with proportional representation.
Parliament is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
The first past the post system means that the party that wins the most seats can win any vote in Parliament.
The proportional representation system awards seats in based on the share of the national votes which each party wins. Parties have to agree legislation.
