Refund Student Loan overpayment above 9% when earning above the annual threshold
Student Loans have annual thresholds, you pay 9% on income earned above that. However if you achieve a bonus or become unemployed you may overpay. Refunds are available if you earn under the annual threshold but are not automatic and over the annual threshold SLC's policy is to refuse all refunds.

We can't accept your petition because this would be the responsibility of the Student Loans Company and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition calling for the rules around student loans to be changed if that is something you would like to see happen.
