Require price transparency in family law and divorce by law
Legal fees for divorce have more than doubled since 2014, over 800 Family Law firms have partnered with loan companies selling loans at up to 28% APR to pay their fees. Children of divorce are more likely to live in poverty, the SRA have dismissed introducing price transparency to protect the public
