Take down the petition.parliament.uk
The petition parliament web-site achieves nothing and is a complete waste of money.
Parliament has never taken much, if any, notice of petitions unless they are backed up by direct action, such as strikes or street protest.
MPs tell us they are not mandated delegates but do what they think is right regardless of a referendum, let alone a petition.
The only conceivable purpose of this site was as some sort of placebo to keep the population quiet. It now fails even in that (check it out on Wikipedia!) Whatever it costs would be better spent in real services.
