Improve the signage of Bus Lane on Oxford Road Manchester and refund the victims
Signs that appear to apply to the cycle lane that actually apply to the entire road.
Signs are behind other signs and are hidden from the driver as you approach the restriction.
Manchester City Council fails to list "inadequate signage" as "Grounds for appeal" to the Traffic Penalty Tribunals
As per the Manchester Evening News:
743 Oxford Road bus lane driving appeals put on hold over 'inadequate' signs
More than 300,000 penalty notices were issued in less than a year at the three locations within the bus gate scheme
