Make it mandatory for any MP who leaves a party to stand in a By Election
Necessary due to the despicable and morally reprehensible behaviour of certain Members of parliament who stood on a party manifesto to get elected and then chose to leave that party and not stand for re-election in a By Election, leaving the members of the public who voted for them disenfranchised.
In the interim period leading up to the By Election the MP should have no vote in Parliament.
