I think people should clean up horse manure
If an individual faults to clean up after their dog they can be handed a fine up to £80,if refuse it could lead to court and the fine could lead to £1000. Due to there being no law required.
If an individual faults to clean up after their dog they can be handed a fine up to £80,if refuse it could lead to court and the fine could lead to £1000. Due to there being no law required. It unfair on dogs owners as they would be fined for not cleaning up dogs manure as horses owners can get away with not cleaning up horses manure.
