Provide Open Access To All UK Inland Waterways

Additional Information

Access to inland waters in this country is currently subject to the archaic and historical riparian ownership right which some believe allows them to stop kayakers etc from using sections of waterway. A new law should be introduced providing free access to all users of inland waterways such as the one passed in Scotland
