There are special immigration rules to allow victims of domestic violence to apply for leave to remain but there is no funding specifically for refuge places for women in this position.

Additional Information

Victims are reluctant to report abuse and many return to the household after reporting the abuse, as they have nowhere else to go, putting themselves at risk.
