Should David Cameron have used the UK's veto for the first time?
The use of the UK's veto for the first time on Thursday night/Friday morning has moved the UK into a dangerous and isolated position. There is an urgent need for a parliamentary debate on the positive and negative implications for the UK. The immediate response from the majority of the media and associated commentators is that we have lost far more in terms of EU influence than what we may have gained.
