REFUSAL TO PAY COUNCIL TAX AND BUSINESS RATES DUE TO HIGH CRIME LEVELS
We the community note that the government has ignored our needs for additional policing. 33 stabbings in 3 months, multiple forced entry burglaries reported in homes and businesses daily. Majority of our high streets remain ill-equipped. It has gone on for far too long. We do not feel safe anymore.
33 fatal stabbings. Burglaries can not be investigated due to zero, or poor CCTV equipment. These issues are affecting businesses. See various media links. MPs only tweet to say they are sorry to hear about a loss. Member of Parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip seems never available in his own constituency.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
If you want the Government to take action to tackle knife crime, you could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like it to do.
