MPs to be fined a days wage if they fall asleep during debates in the chamber.
Photos of MPs asleep in the chamber during debates in parliament have been circulated. As a tax payer living in Britain, I find it appalling that MPs fall asleep during debates, which they are being PAID to attend- using tax payers money. MPs have to be fined and disciplined if found asleep.
