Charge extra for buying plastic but getting that extra back by recycling
Like in Sweden it would be good if people where charged something like 10p more when buying food/drink that came with plastic packaging. When you returned it to the shop to be recycled you get your 10p back. This is to encourage people to recycle items instead of throwing it in the general waste.
