Compulsory education on mental health and support young people
The stigma around mental health is great these days - amongst men and women. We feel we can’t speak out. We feel there is no one else. We feel we can’t turn to anyone. I think if there is early education we can beat the stigma and help young people going forward. Fight together.
Help beat the stigma. Help beat suicide. Help put a STOP to the assumption we can’t talk. We can talk. We can support each other. If our children and the next generation can be educated to realise we or anyone is not alone, we can fight this. We can try to help every individual fighting mental health issues to realise they are not alone. Let’s supprt each other!
