Take into account income of both RP and NRP parents when calculating CMS
Child maintenance payments are grossly outdated and based on an era that is no longer relevent. child maintenance should take into account the income of the resedent parent as well as the non resident parent. This is in the interests of the child.
This approach will take into account how modern families work and actually prevent resident parents trying to cut contact to gain more money. This will be in the intests of the child and reduce accromkmey between parents.
