Stop serving alcohol in the Palace of Westminster bars
After a long recess, counting the votes cast in the first indicative brexit votes, the MPs were extremely rowdy and come across as being drunk.
The MPs and their Lordships are on our time and should not be spending it boozing.
If the MPs (including the speaker) and the Lordships are suspected of being under the influence then they should not be allowed into the respective chambers or the division lobbies.
